  Rev. Sinclair Rivers Jr.

                Rev. Rivers was born to Mrs. Bertha Mae McIntyre and Mr. Sinclair Rivers Sr. in Orlando, Fla. He is one of eight children. Rev. Rivers is married to Rose Rivers and the couple has 3 children: Sinclair III, Keesha Kintae, and Charity Rose.  At the age of 17, Rev. Rivers acknowledged the Lord Jesus as his personal Saviour and joined the Reddick Church of God. He was called into the Ministry in 1975. Rev. Rivers developed his ministry under the leadership and guidance of Rev. James Russell Jr. Bishop James Andrews also played a major role in his early development as a minister.

                Rev. Rivers and his wife, Rose Rivers, founded the Benevolent Church of God in 1995. Since that time, he has worked continuously aspiring to achieve the Vision he received from the Lord. Rev. Rivers provides spiritual leadership and support in the community. He is well known for his generosity and caring attitude. Pastor Rivers has a word of faith and hope and he readily shares at every opportunity.

Dr. Rose Rivers

Sister Rivers is the daughter of Mother Clara Bell Downing and E.C. Downing (both deceased), wife of Rev. Sinclair Rivers Jr. She is a woman of faith believing that the answer to all our circumstances are grounded in the Word of God. Family development is of critical important as deterioration of the family hinders future possibilities.

As the First Lady, Sister Rivers works to support the vision and mission of the church. She is a program coordinator as well as a teacher for the Family Development programs.

 

 Rev. Eddie General

Rev. General was born on to Mr. and Mrs. Edward General in Orange Lake, Fla. He is one of four children. Rev. General is married to Staretha General and the couple has 6 children: Eddie Jr., Jonathan, Jeffrey, Isaiah, Melody and Adriel.  At the age of 17, Rev. General acknowledged the Lord Jesus as his personal Saviour and joined the Reddick Church of God. He was called into the Ministry in 1983. During his tenure in the Army (1983-1986), Rev. General developed his ministry under the leadership of Elder Franklin in California; Royal Family Church of God in Christ.  

Rev. General joined the Benevolent Church of God in Oct. 1996 and soon thereafter became the Assistant Pastor to Rev. Rivers. He is truly an asset to the Church and never tires of supporting Pastor Rivers in leading the membership in a way that is pleasing to God. Rev. General provides spiritual leadership to the community as well. He is well known for Prophetic guidance and tender admonition against the perils of sin.
